Sarah Scott and Russell Steel, Owners of Hugo and Holly Nurseries
At Hugo & Holly Day Nursery we are immensely proud of the staff who care for the children, many of whom have been with us since we opened our first nursery in Brunswick Square. Each member of staff adds a different dimension to our team which has a wealth of experience and a specialised knowledge of development.
Hugo & Holly Day Nursery has a high ratio of qualified staff which enables us to encourage the children to develop and learn as they play throughout the day. With no restrictive timetabling, this allows staff the freedom to be creative and plan the day involving the children in decision making processes, a key aspect of our approach at Hugo & Holly Day Nurseries. Also an important part of our approach at Hugo & Holly is the Key Person system, which we use to help parents keep in touch with their child's development.
Everyone at Hugo & Holly Day Nursery is fully vetted by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and we are committed to staff training and continuing professional development. We aim for all staff to have an up to date first aid and food hygiene qualification. Meet the team below and learn more about the staff that make Hugo & Holly so special.
